Assumption of Risks:

I, the undersigned participant, understand that the retreat organized by Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC involves physical activities, including but not limited to transportation, hiking, yoga, boating, swimming, and surfing. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability:

In consideration for being allowed to participate in the retreat, I hereby release and discharge Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my participation in the retreat.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

I have read this waiver and release form, and I understand its contents. I

acknowledge that I am signing this document voluntarily and that any

changes or additions must be made in writing.

Photo Use Release Form

I, the undersigned participant, grant Mountain to Sea Retreats,

LLC the right and permission to use photographs and/or video

recordings of me taken during the course of my involvement

with Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC. These images may be used

for promotional, educational, or other related purposes without

compensation.

Use of Images:

Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC may use the photographs or video

recordings in various media, including but not limited to:

Company website

Social media platforms

Marketing Materials

Presentations

Release of Claims:

I release Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC, its officers, employees,

and agents from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities

arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs

or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for

defamation or invasion of privacy.

I understand that Mountain to Sea Retreats, LLC retains all rights

to the photographs and video recordings and may use them at

their discretion.
