Curated excursions are the perfect accompaniment to balance out 12 hours of RACE-approved Continuing Education, led by the inspiring duo of Stephanie Goss and Jenn Galvin. Stephanie and Jenn's eight session, hands-on leadership workshop series is structured to empower vet professionals to delegate with intention, build trust, and develop leadership capacity within their teams. Across four days, participants will explore the emotional and strategic barriers to delegation, learn proven delegation and coaching models, and apply tools to foster a culture of accountability and ownership. Through real-time practice, feedback, and collaboration, attendees will leave with a customized action plan to confidently empower their teams.

In addition to the eight hours provided by Stephanie and Jenn, four hours of RACE-approved CE is included as online pre-retreat homework through Get MotiVETed University on burnout prevention and wellbeing in veterinary medicine.
